The Air Horse AH-30G SE is a refrigerated compressed air dryer from the AH series, designed to remove moisture from compressed air by cooling it to a dew point of 2–5°C. With a rated air flow of 4.6 m³/min and a maximum working pressure of 13 bar, it is engineered to handle the output of mid-sized rotary screw compressors in industrial plants, workshops, and manufacturing facilities.,The dryer features an aluminium alloy three-in-one heat exchanger that combines pre-cooling, evaporation, and reheating in a single compact unit. This design minimises pressure drop and improves cooling efficiency, reducing overall power consumption by 15–50% compared to conventional dryer designs. A built-in stainless steel filter screen and gas-water separator ensure thorough moisture removal, while multi-channel temperature and pressure monitoring provides real-time dew point display and self-diagnostic protection. The unit uses environmentally friendly R134a or R410a refrigerant in compliance with international environmental standards.
