The Air Horse EPM-30A is a variable-speed, direct-drive screw air compressor from the EPM series, designed to deliver high energy efficiency and stable compressed-air output for demanding industrial applications. Powered by a 22 kW (30 HP) permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), it achieves a free air delivery of 3.8 m³/min (134 CFM) at 8 bar working pressure, with a 10 bar variant delivering 3.6 m³/min (127 CFM). The integrated variable frequency drive (VFD) automatically adjusts motor speed to match real-time air demand, eliminating wasteful load/unload cycling and delivering significant energy savings compared to fixed-speed alternatives.,The direct-drive configuration with a permanent magnet motor eliminates gearbox, belt, and coupling losses, achieving high mechanical transmission efficiency and reduced maintenance requirements.
